Why We Love It: With this new proprietary fabric, PBJ has created an extremely unique, super-slubby (and neppy) 18oz denim in their signature 019 fit. The denim was woven on low-tension shuttle looms which has resulted in the fabric's uneven texture. With wear and wash, we suspect that this jean will begin to reveal beautiful character. The 019 fit is PBJ's 'high-taper' fit -- it offers a modern, tapered leg with a comfortable upper block. The denim is one-wash, meaning that they will not shrink much (if at all) after the first wash.
Details: This jean also features a deer skin leather patch, PBJ's signature indigo leaf embroidery and blue-line selvedge.
Wash: “SR-019”; this is a proprietary indigo fabric from PBJ that is woven to create visible nep and slubbiness for added character.
Fit: The XX-019 fit is a high-tapered fit; it has a higher rise, a roomy thigh and a tapered leg.
Sizing: This jean fits true to size. We recommend either going with your regular size or going one size up for a more comfortable fit.
Inseam: 33.5” — hemming services available.
Composition: 18oz, 100% cotton.
