Waist: Measure across the top of the waistband from one side to the other.

Rise: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Thigh: Measure 1 inch below the crotch seam straight across the leg.
Shirts Measurement

Chest: Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest.

Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the edge of the cuff.
