Items that are unwashed, unaltered (e.g. hemmed or tapered) and unworn can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that all items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are final sale. Items purchased prior to a sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Online orders may be returned or exchanged in store or online. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item. Additionally, all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: This policy is in effect on purchases made as of October 1, 2019. If you were given store credit or a gift card from a previous order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Shipping Back an Item Purchased Online
Before shipping any product back to us please contact us at email@example.com for further information about returning your purchase. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when you send back your purchase.
If you were shipped the wrong item, or your item is damaged, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing your situation, as well as any necessary photos.
To initiate an online return or exchange, send us an email at email@example.com, making sure to include your order number, whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and which item you are shipping. We will get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions, bar any extenuating circumstances. Please note, this email is monitored Tuesday to Saturday.
Please note, if you are located outside of Canada you will be responsible for any duties & brokerage fees that may be applied.
