Countdown to Levitation Vancouver

Levitation Festival returns to Vancouver from June 16-18 thanks to Austin’s The Reverberation Appreciation Society and our city’s very own, Timbre Concerts. This year, they are upping the ante with the world’s best experimental and psychedelic talent performing at the picturesque Malkin Bowl, and night shows at various venues.

Since its humble beginnings as the Austin Psych Fest in 2008, the word-of-mouth event has grown into an international movement that spans more generations, genres, and countries than its curators ever imagined. Beloved for its dedication to progressive talent, lack of pretension and palpable community spirit, Levitation Fest attracts thousands of rock n’ roll devotees every year.

In two weeks, Vancouverites will be treated to unforgettable performances by acts like sensational Producers Flying Lotus and Tycho, whimsical indie groups Of Montreal and Allah-Lahs, experimental hip hop legends Shabazz Palaces and premier local acts White Lung and Dada Plan.
