How the PBJ x Dutil: Year One Fades

Last week's blog post was all about the collaboration jean we released with PBJ... the occasion, the story, the specs. This week, we're continuing to discuss the collaboration, but with a specific focus in mind: the fades. 

In January we received a sample pair of the jeans and Levi wore them 4 days a week on average until the end of August. As a refresher, here's how the jeans looked when they arrived.

Day 0

1 Month

3 Months, 1 Wash

The jeans were machine washed inside-out in warm water and then hung to dry.

7 Months, 2 Washes

The jeans were again machine washed in warm water and then hung to dry. 

We're stoked on how truly 'vintage' the wear on this fabric looks.
