Why we love it: To a great extent, the ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts define Iron Heart: heavy, rugged, but amazingly wearable. The 12oz fabric is woven with Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains. Iron Heart double brushes it on the inside and single brushes it on the outside, resulting in a very soft yet substantial, thick, warm and windproof flannel. This shirt is a wardrobe staple - seen here in the work shirt cut in navy with woven wabash-inspired chalk stripes. For FW24, Iron Heart have upgraded the buttons on this season's flannel work shirts. Instead of the two-hole cat's eye buttons used in previous models, the shirts now feature more robust four-hole buttons for a more secure fastening.

Shipping costs for Canada are $22, with free shipping on orders over $300. Express shipping is available for $31. In the United States, regular shipping is $30 and also free for orders over $300, while express shipping is $40. For all orders in Alaska and Hawaii, a flat rate of $50 USD applies.
