Longing for Levi’s Levi’s truly need no introduction. The brand is backed on tradition, authenticity and timelessness. Thank you to everyone who biked to our shop in Vancouver or Toronto between May 26th and June 1st for Bike to Work Week 2014. We were excited to be one of the official Celebration Stations, which enabled us to hand out free bike lights, iced David’s Tea and mini Clif Bars for commuters who made sure to stop by on their way home from work that week! In addition to being one of the official ‘Celebration Stations’, we also ran a contest that week – anyone making a purchase from our store was entered into a draw for a Levi’s® Commuter Series Package, which included both a Levi’s® Commuter Series jacket, as well as a pair of the Levi’s® Commuter Series jeans. We are happy to announce the winner of our Toronto contest, Jordan Luckock!               As well as the winner from our Vancouver contest, Steven Debus!               Thank you to everyone who participated! It was a thrill to see as many new faces as familiar faces that week, and we can’t wait to do it all over again next year!

The Commuter Series from Levi’s incorporates innovations meant to accommodate cyclists.  We are very excited to finally have them in Vancouver!  With features such as a reinforced double layered crotch (the number one spot where jeans rip due to bike riding) and back pockets, U-lock storage on the back pockets, and reflective “selvedge”, these jeans are going to be you and your bike’s best friend!  We also received the Commuter Hooded Trucker Jacket.  The jackets have a water and odor resistant protective finish, reflective adjustable tabs, hidden hoods, utility pockets, and shoulder gussets.  Come into the Vancouver store and try some on!
